Stackhouse comes to the cage accompanied by Every Time I Die - Roman Holiday. The key to victory for Dave Stackhouse has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stackhouse throws a series of punches but Solo moves out of range.
Stackhouse misses with an uppercut. Solo saw that one coming.
Stackhouse takes a swing at Solo's ribcage but misses.
Solo keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Stackhouse throws a hook but Solo avoids it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Solo shoots for a double leg takedown but Stackhouse sprawls well. He's pushed Solo's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Solo fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Stackhouse sprawls well initially but Solo persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Cono Solo is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Stackhouse fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Solo manages to avoid it.
Stackhouse looks to score with a jab to the body but Solo is just out of range.
Stackhouse is looking to wear down Solo with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Solo takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Solo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Stackhouse tries to avoid it but Solo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Stackhouse to the ground. Stackhouse escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Stackhouse keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Solo shoots in but Stackhouse avoids the takedown attempt easily.
