Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jorge Dos Santos (ranked 3352 p4p, 4209 weight class) and African King (ranked 419 p4p, 508 weight class). Dos Santos comes into the arena with 2Pac - All Eyez On Me blaring out of the sound system. African King will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Seu Braga and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dos Santos blocks a head kick by King.
Dos Santos throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. King tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Dos Santos is in King's guard.
King is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Dos Santos presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
King has Dos Santos pushed against the cage.

Dos Santos tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. King just stands there and leans against the cage.
King swings wildly with an uppercut but Dos Santos uses good head movement to avoid it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Oh but King is tightening it up a little... Dos Santos has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Dos Santos reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Dos Santos taps out! Nice BJJ there by King!
