This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the featherweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Amsterdam, with a TWGC record of 4 wins and 4 losses; Yuri Boshtok! And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 1 losses; Eddy Gordo!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Percy O'Donnell.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Gordo pushes Boshtok up against the ropes in a clinch.
Boshtok wants to take the fight to the mat but Gordo manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

We've been hearing good reports from Boshtok's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
