Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bruce White Jr!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The crowd cheers as Ahma lands an impressive looking overhand right. White Jr doesn't seem phased though.
Ahma throws a nice inside leg kick.
White Jr fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ahma manages to avoid it.
Ahma throwing a counter right hand but White Jr manages to avoid it.
Ahma doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
White Jr shoots for a takedown but Ahma saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Ahma was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Ahma keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Nice defenses there by White Jr.
It seemed like White Jr was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
White Jr misses with a body shot.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ahma throws a big shot that misses.
Ahma has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Helsinki Private Gym in the buildup to the fight.
White Jr uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ahma.
White Jr throws a shot from downtown. Ahma moves away and avoids it.
White Jr thows a left - swing and a miss!

White Jr swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Ahma counters with a nice uppercut.

Ahma walks forward and throws a big overhand right! White Jr drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Ahma swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from White Jr's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Verneri Ahma!
