Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hector Mendoza (ranked 23072 p4p, 3803 weight class) and Klaus Wolfman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Hector Mendoza!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 13 - 0, fighting out of London, Klaus Wolfman!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Andrew Berry and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mendoza tries to close the distance and clinch but Wolfman swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Wolfman circles away from the clinch attempt
and Wolfman counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Mendoza tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wolfman paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Mendoza shoots in but no luck this time.
A nice leg kick from Wolfman, right into the meat of the thigh.
Wolfman swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Mendoza.
Wolfman lands a lovely overhand right.
It looks like Hector Mendoza has been cut.
Mendoza throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Mendoza ducks under a wild hook from Wolfman.
Wolfman throws a leg kick which misses Mendoza's front leg but catches the back leg as Mendoza tries to avoid it.
Wolfman fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Mendoza.
Mendoza rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Wolfman moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Wolfman throws a quick inside leg kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Wolfman scores with a hook to the body. Mendoza takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Wolfman throws a looping overhand right but Mendoza ducks down to avoid it.

Mendoza is breathing heavily.
Mendoza stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Wolfman.
Wolfman connects with a solid leg kick.
Wolfman lands a lovely overhand right.
Wolfman throws a series of punches but Mendoza moves out of range.

Mendoza throws a wild body kick that Wolfman sees coming a mile off.
Wolfman throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Mendoza doesn't manage to clinch there - Wolfman circles away.
Wolfman lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Wolfman wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
A nice leg kick lands there from Wolfman.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mendoza takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Mendoza looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Wolfman stuns Mendoza with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Mendoza takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Wolfman clinches with his opponent.

A nice right hand lands inside from Wolfman.
Wolfman lands a shot to the body.
A short right from Wolfman.
Wolfman breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A solid body kick from Wolfman.
Wolfman lands a nice leg kick that just misses Mendoza's sensitive parts.
Mendoza is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Wolfman ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
A good leg kick by Wolfman.
Mendoza dodges the punch combination from Wolfman.
Mendoza went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Wolfman lands a slapping body shot.
Nice uppercut lands for Wolfman. That snapped Mendoza's head back.
A slapping body kick lands there for Wolfman.
Wolfman's coach down at Slaughter Houze was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Wolfman's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Klaus Wolfman is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Wolfman gets a clinch.

A short left from Wolfman.
Hector Mendoza's cut is getting worse.
Mendoza is trying to pull guard but Wolfman turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Wolfman pushes Mendoza back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
A left hand lands to the body for Wolfman.
A body shot lands from Wolfman.
Wolfman lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Wolfman lands a body punch in the clinch.
Wolfman pulls guard successfully.
Wolfman looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Wolfman pulls Mendoza in close to prevent any damage.
Wolfman is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mendoza wants to get back to full guard.

Wolfman slows the pace down in half guard.
Wolfman works his way into side control.
Wolfman just content to control the position.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Mendoza gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Klaus Wolfman dominated that round.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
A chopping leg kick lands by Wolfman.

Wolfman drops Mendoza with a beautiful combination! Mendoza stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Wolfman is looking for the KO!
Wolfman cracks Mendoza with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!

After the fight, Klaus Wolfman was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
