Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jon Nolan (ranked 1555 p4p, 1679 weight class) and Sergei MiG (ranked 67 p4p, 193 weight class). MiG has chosen Zombie as his entrance music. Jon Nolan has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sergei MiG!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Patrick Alders and Daniel Blasius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nolan lands with a shot to the body.
MiG tries to clinch up
letting Nolan counter with a right hand.
Nolan throws a hook to the side of MiG's head but MiG sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Nolan just misses with a punch to the body.

Nolan drops MiG with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but MiG looks back up at him and smiles so Nolan waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

MiG is rocked!

It looks like Sergei MiG has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Nolan is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches MiG flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! MiG is out cold! Nolan holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jon Nolan!
During a confident post fight interview, Jon Nolan thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
Sergei MiG spoke after the fight, saying 'The fix was in. I'm sorry, but I needed the money. Otherwise, I'd flatten that bum inside a round if QFC was paying better than $400.'.
