Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between Jon Snow (ranked 23085 p4p, 5352 weight class) and Dwayne King (ranked 612 p4p, 519 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 8 - 5, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jon Snow!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dwayne King!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Chad Campbell and Bruno Lombardi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Snow closes the distance and clinches.
Snow tried to land a shot to the body but connects with King's elbow.
King working hard to break the clinch.
Snow lands a nice elbow.

It looks like Dwayne King has been cut.

King escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A leg kick checked by King.
King lands a nice looking body shot.
Snow plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
A nice leg kick lands there from King.
King throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Good standup being displayed there by King as he connects with a hook.
King has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
King connects with a single shot there.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Snow throws a jab when King was well out of range.
Snow looks to throw the jab but King is out of range.
King fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Snow manages to avoid it.
Snow swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
enabling King to counter with a crisp jab.
King throws a hook but Snow blocks it.
King lands a right hook to the body.
Snow tries to clinch but fails miserably
enabling King to counter with a crisp jab.
Snow fails to land with a series of punches.

Snow lands with a thumping leg kick.
The crowd cheers as King lands an impressive looking overhand right. Snow doesn't seem phased though.
Snow takes a swing at King's ribcage but misses.
King scores with a kick to the midsection.
Snow looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Snow tries to clinch there but King circles away.
Snow showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from King.
King dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Snow. That did some damage!
King throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Snow on the side of the head.
King scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
King throws a jab but it's blocked by Snow.
Snow stalks King and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into King's face. King staggers backwards, shaken.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Snow uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from King.
As King looks to move away, Snow throws a big counter combo but King just gets out of the way.
King missing with a left hand there. Snow was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Snow blocks a head kick by King.
Snow is looking to counter the offense by King and move into the clinch.
King lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Snow takes one to the chin there.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
King swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as King checks a leg kick.
King checks the leg kick.
Snow pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Snow connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed King momentarily.
King scores with a jab to the jaw.
Both fighters circling a little - King finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Snow throws a sloppy head kick and King moves out of range easily.
Snow scores with a nice strike.
King checks a low kick from Snow.
King is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Snow had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.
Snow misses with the combination.
King scores with a nice head shot.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
King throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
King throws the left hand but Snow avoids the punch easily.

King lands with a shot to the body.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

King moves out of range as Snow strikes.

Snow has managed to clinch.
Snow swings wildly with an uppercut but King uses good head movement to avoid it.
Snow comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Snow doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Snow tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
I was talking to Snow's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
King blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Snow misses with a hook to the ribs.

King breaks the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Snow takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Snow cracks King with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the ropes.
King lands a jab-cross combination.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Snow wants to clinch.
Dwayne King seems to be getting the better of the standup.

King misses with a wild combination.

Snow throws a low kick but King moves out of range easily.
Snow goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
King tries a head kick but it misses.
Snow lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
The fight stays on the outside here - Snow looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

and Snow counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
King throws a lazy right hand but Snow sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

A combination from Snow does no damage.
Snow throws a leg kick but King moved away.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
King misses with a hook.
Snow moves out of range as King strikes.

King lands with a nice combination. Snow backs away looking to recover.
Snow ducks down and throws a hook to the body but King moves away.
Snow fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Snow has closed the distance and engaged King in a clinch.

King breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Snow clinches.
A body shot lands from Snow.
Snow tries to work over King's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
King blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
King is trying to push Snow away but Snow has him pressed against the ropes, so he's going nowhere.
Snow lands a right hand that snaps the head of King backwards.
Snow tries a body shot but King blocks it.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jon Snow will probably get the nod.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

King's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from King.
Snow throws an overhand right that lands on King's shoulder, as King tries to avoid the shot.
Snow throws the kick towards the body but King avoids it.
King keeps Snow at a distance using the push kick.
Snow uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by King.

and King connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

King scores with a shot to the body.

Snow lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

King manages to break the clinch.
Nice uppercut lands for Snow. That snapped King's head back.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Snow pushes off an throws an elbow but King leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the ropes.

Snow lands a hook that snaps the head of King backwards.

King escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

And that's the end of the fight!
Jon Snow showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Snow has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
