The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Acosta lands a jab-cross combination.
Face cracks a nice hook into Acosta's ribs.
We've been told by Face's head coaches at Academia dos Brasucas that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Acosta with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Face to score with a decent uppercut.
Acosta is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Face.
Acosta misses the body punch
and Face counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Face lands a jab to Acosta's midsection.

Acosta tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Acosta throws a series of punches but Face moves out of range.
Acosta takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
It looks like Hunter Acosta has been cut.
Face takes a swing at Acosta's ribcage but misses.
Face cracks Acosta with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Acosta looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Face finish him?
Acosta is rocked!
Crack! Face connects with the perfect overhand right and Acosta falls face first to the canvas. Timbeeeeeeeer! Beautiful knockout for Face!
