PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between Asa Sharp (ranked 4381 p4p, 2157 weight class) and Digi Talis (ranked 456 p4p, 241 weight class). Sharp's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Moneybagg Yo - Federal Fed Ft. Future. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sharp scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Some bone on bone action there as Sharp checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Oh Sharp is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sharp throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Talis stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Sharp looks to land a combination but Talis avoids it well.

Sharp misses with a hook. Talis ducked under it nicely.

Talis tries to keep at a distance but Sharp has taken the fight into the clinch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Sharp walks straight into devastating uppercut and drops to the floor, clearly wobbled! Can he beat the count? 4,5,6,7... he's up! And he's down again! The ref steps in and calls an end to the fight! What a punch that was!
