Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cain Lesnar (ranked 6475 p4p, 4776 weight class) and Josh Ryder (ranked 522 p4p, 458 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ryder tries to clinch but Lesnar moves away

and Lesnar counters with a single leg into guard. Ryder didn't expect that.
Lesnar postures up in Ryder's guard and throws a big left but Ryder blocks it.
Ryder is looking to stand up but Lesnar isn't so interested in that idea.

Ryder looking for a guillotine here but Lesnar defends easily.
Lesnar not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ryder has his foot on Lesnar's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Lesnar works his way back into a safe position though.

Ryder throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lesnar's waist but Lesnar gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ryder off to one side.

That's time! Lesnar's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Josh Ryder has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Cain Lesnar is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Ryder takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Lesnar connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
