Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dirk McGee (ranked 2964 p4p, 5177 weight class) and Junior Dillon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dirk McGee could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Junior Dillon's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Dirk McGee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Junior Dillon!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Sam Margolis and James Glass.

McGee shoots in and bounces Dillon off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
McGee trying to control but Dillon is working from the bottom.
McGee in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Dillon looking for a sweep. Not yet Dillon, not yet.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McGee wants to pass the guard but Dillon is keeping the position.
Dillon looking to hit a scissor sweep but McGee is one step ahead there.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
McGee lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Dillon enables McGee to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Dillon manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Dillon will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

McGee wanted to stand there but Dillon had control of the position.

Dillon has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but McGee can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Dillon can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as McGee controls the pace.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Dillon is on top in guard.

McGee tries to get to full guard but Dillon has control of the leg.

Dillon looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

McGee is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Dillon scores with a couple of nice shots.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
McGee is not content to let Dillon control the position.
McGee tries to buck Dillon off but Dillon is having none of it.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
McGee is working hard here to advance position.

A close round but Junior Dillon will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

McGee shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Dillon eats them both and turns towards McGee to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

McGee throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Dillon tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. McGee is in Dillon's guard.

McGee slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
McGee tries to stand but Dillon is controlling from the bottom.

McGee is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Dillon is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Dillon has escaped and now he's on top!

Hammerfist, elbow! yells Dillon's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
McGee on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if McGee tries to get out of the position.

Dillon is continuing to stall.
Dillon stands and throws McGee's legs to the side, diving into side control.
McGee is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Dillon is one step ahead and moves to full mount!

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
McGee is looking to improve his position but Dillon isn't that keen on the idea.
Dillon controlling from mount.
Dillon lands a big shot there that rocks McGee but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
McGee wants to hold on but Dillon pushes him away.
Dillon takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Dillon is working for a guillotine from mount but McGee frees his head quite easily.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Dillon sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Junior Dillon showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! McGee's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Dillon shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts McGee as he jumps to the side.
McGee drops down looking for a counter takedown but Dillon sprawls and moves away.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

McGee stands up and beckons Dillon to his feet.
Dillon takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Dillon gets caught napping as McGee dives in and scores a takedown. Dillon manages to retain guard.
McGee has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

McGee trying to control the position from guard on top but Dillon is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Junior Dillon has got the better of the ground game so far.
McGee stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dillon swivels though and keeps the full guard.
McGee looking to sit in guard and control but Dillon gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

McGee can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Dillon controls the pace.

Dillon postures up in McGee's guard and throws a big left but McGee blocks it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dillon slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
McGee trying to strike off his back.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

McGee forces Dillon back against the cage and clinches.

McGee jumps guard and drags Dillon to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Dillon is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
McGee tries to land a sweep but no joy.

McGee has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Dillon is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for McGee.

Dillon moves into full mount!
Dillon breaks from McGee's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
McGee is trying to escape the mount.
Dirk McGee has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Junior Dillon is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

And that's the end of the fight!
Dirk McGee showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Dillon has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
