Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Patrick Bateman (ranked 2180 p4p, 2158 weight class) and Bender Mein Armbach (ranked 301 p4p, 299 weight class). Bateman's entrance music is King of New York, Fun luvin Criminals . A fine choice. Mein Armbach is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Enter Sandman, Metallica. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, George Francis and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mein Armbach lands a glancing blow to the side of Bateman's head.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Mein Armbach has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Mein Armbach closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Bateman quickly recovers to half guard.

Bateman looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Mein Armbach with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Mein Armbach has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Bateman doesn't defend quickly enough and Mein Armbach has managed to lock this one up! Can Bateman escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Mein Armbach on a fantastic submission victory.
