This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the lightweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 2 losses; Sparky Anderson! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Amsterdam, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 4 losses; Crazy Horse! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Chris Downing and Wesley Smith.
The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Anderson tries for a takedown but Horse circles away easily and Horse moves into the clinch. Horse tries to score a body lock takedown but Anderson shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Anderson manages to pull guard.

Anderson has his foot on Horse's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Horse works his way back into a safe position though. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Anderson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Horse is one step ahead there. Anderson is working hard here to advance position.

Horse is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Anderson trying to control but Horse is working from the bottom. Anderson is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Horse is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
