Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jenna Salvacion!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Shaun Tyers!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Anthony Taglia and Lou da Vinci.

Salvacion moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Salvacion lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Salvacion dodges the punch combination from Tyers.
A counter left hand to the body from Salvacion misses its target.
Salvacion fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Salvacion drops his hands momentarily and Tyers takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tyers throws an overhand right that lands on Salvacion's shoulder, as Salvacion tries to avoid the shot.
Tyers loads up on a big right hand but Salvacion slips the punch.
Salvacion takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Salvacion moves out of range of the strikes.
Salvacion looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.

Tyers misses with a few strikes there.
Salvacion moves forwards but Tyers connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Tyers throws a shot to the body.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Tyers looks to land a left hand but Salvacion moved out of range nicely.
Shaun Tyers is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Tyers misses with a series of wild punches.
Tyers lands with an uppercut that bounces Salvacion off the cage and back into range.
Tyers might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Salvacion takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Tyers lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Tyers stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Salvacion.
Tyers throws a hook but Salvacion avoids it easily.
Salvacion takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Salvacion uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Tyers.
Salvacion steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Tyers.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tyers wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Salvacion manages to pass to side control.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Tyers tries to bench press Salvacion off him but Salvacion keeps the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tyers struggling a bit here.
Salvacion remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Tyers tries to bench press Salvacion off him but Salvacion keeps the position.
Salvacion is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

A jab from Tyers finds it's way through Salvacion's defenses.
Tyers scores with a one two! Salvacion had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

As Tyers tries to get set, Salvacion tries to push him back and clinch up but Tyers manages to avoid the attempt.

Tyers lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Salvacion circles away quickly and effectively.
Salvacion feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Tyers's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Salvacion throws a leg kick
and Tyers counters with a three punch combo that has Salvacion backing up. Salvacion nods at Tyers to acknowledge the strikes.
Tyers misses with a combination
and Salvacion counters with a nice low kick that buckles Tyers's knee momentarily.
Tyers throws a body shot but no joy.
Salvacion looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.
Tyers misses with a double jab
and Salvacion counters with a leg kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Salvacion has taken the fight to the clinch.

Salvacion keeps control of Tyers as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Salvacion fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Salvacion manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Tyers trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Salvacion seems keen to control Tyers's posture.
Tyers missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Salvacion trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
Tyers looking to sit in guard and control but Salvacion gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Salvacion passes Tyers's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Tyers scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Salvacion manages to mount him!
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Salvacion has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Tyers's face.

And that's the end of the fight!

I think Tyers has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
