Switzer catches Cartwright with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Cartwright avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Switzer throws a shot to the body.

Switzer fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Cartwright manages to avoid it.
Cartwright tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Cartwright shoots for a double leg takedown but Switzer sprawls well. He's pushed Cartwright's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Switzer has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Alpha Brasil in the buildup to the fight.
Switzer uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Cartwright has time to react.
Cartwright shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cartwright wants to lay and pray for a moment but Switzer keeps working.
Cartwright prevents Switzer from improving his position.
