Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Island Mongrel (ranked 1913 p4p, 2540 weight class) and Ronaldo Souza (ranked 0 p4p, 319 weight class). The key to victory for Island Mongrel has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Souza darts in looking for a takedown but Mongrel gets double underhooks and turns Souza into the cage.

It looks like Ronaldo Souza has been cut.

Souza shoots in for a takedown but Mongrel shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Island Mongrel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ronaldo Souza.

Souza has hold of Mongrel 's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Mongrel seems comfortable defending it but Souza has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Mongrel is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Mongrel is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Souza couldn't care less - he's delighted!
