Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between lyoto machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leroy Dragon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Leroy Dragon!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Richard Clark and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dragon blocks a head kick by machida.
machida fails in his attempt to clinch.
machida throws a leg kick but Dragon moved away.
Dragon throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
machida is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Dragon.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Dragon looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
machida lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
machida misses with a looping left.
machida avoids the head kick by Dragon.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Dragon moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
machida tries to score with a low kick but Dragon moves his leg out of the way.

Dragon misses with a series of wild punches.
Dragon misses with a double jab.
Dragon throws a right and a left that machida avoids nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Dragon lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as machida backs up against the cage.
machida shoots for a takedown but Dragon saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Dragon looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dragon stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from machida.
machida fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
machida misses the shot to the body.

and Dragon counters with a one-two to the body.
A decent looking body kick lands there for machida.
Dragon defending well as machida loads up on a big left hand.

machida misses with a looping right.
Dragon goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

machida slips a jab and a cross from Dragon.
A head kick by Dragon misses
and machida counters with a body kick.
Dragon throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
letting machida counter with a right hand.
Dragon lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Dragon ducks under a wild hook from machida.
Dragon throws a right hand that machida ducks under and follows up with a left that machida also avoids with ease.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Dragon throws a right and a left that machida avoids nicely.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Leroy Dragon will probably get the nod - 10:9.
That's time! Back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
machida tries to clinch but Dragon is having none of it.
machida tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Dragon was well out of range. Poor timing from machida.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Dragon takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Dragon misses with a double jab
and machida counters with a head kick. That will keep Dragon thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Dragon blocks a jab.
Dragon shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in machida's guard.
machida looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Dragon wants to control from the top but machida keeps moving.
Dragon is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Dragon looking to improve position, pressing down on machida's thigh with his hand. machida seems to be working to lock up a guilotine though... is Dragon paying attention? Apparently not! He's locked it up tight! Dragon's face has turned purple! Will he tap? Will he! YES! He's tapped! machida picked his opening and made it count! Great finish!
