Hooper changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Todayashi throws a poor cross that misses

and Hooper moves into the clinch.

Todayashi breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

and Hooper counters with a nice double leg into side control. Todayashi won't be happy with that.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Hooper has hold of Todayashi's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Todayashi tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Hooper cranks the arm and Todayashi screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Todayashi, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
