Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rozowa Pantera (ranked 3392 p4p, 3921 weight class) and Alex Holland (ranked 429 p4p, 483 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Holland is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Holland gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Holland gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Holland apologises and we restart here on the feet.

Pantera has been working on his balance at MK Gym, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Holland.

Pantera throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Holland was covering up waiting for the punch and Pantera finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Pantera shoots in looking for a takedown. Holland tries to sprawl out of it but Pantera keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Holland manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Pantera shoots for a double leg takedown but Holland sprawls well. He's pushed Pantera's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Holland has closed the distance and engaged Pantera in a clinch.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pantera thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Holland sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Pantera's guard.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Holland working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.

Pantera is desperately trying to improve his position but Holland has a good base and remains in mount.

Holland is cranking Pantera's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Pantera! He's tightened the choke and Pantera is tapping out!
