Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Wesley Taurus (ranked 618 p4p, 3335 weight class) and Android Eighteen (ranked 92 p4p, 412 weight class). Taurus comes into the arena with Country Boy - Aaron Lewis blaring out of the sound system. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Wesley Taurus!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Android Eighteen!

Taurus fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Eighteen has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Taurus throws a front kick that sends Eighteen stumbling back into the ropes.
Taurus smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
It looks like Android Eighteen has been cut.
Taurus cracks Eighteen with a good jab.
Eighteen tries to clinch up but Taurus circles away and keeps his distance.
Taurus keeps the fight on the outside.
Eighteen looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Taurus swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Eighteen throws a head kick that misses
and Taurus makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Taurus thumps Eighteen with a low kick.
Eighteen tries to clinch but Taurus moves out of range.
Eighteen wants to clinch up but Taurus keeps it at a distance.
Taurus scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Eighteen doesn't seem bothered though.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Taurus throws out a head kick that Eighteen doesn't see coming - it connects and sends Eighteen crashing to the mat face first! He's bounced up to his knees and is scrambling to get back to his feet and beat the count. He's up on 5 but still looks a bit groggy; will the referee allow it to continue??? He's taking a good look into Eighteen's eyes and has decided to let it go on!
Eighteen is rocked!
Eighteen throws a sloppy head kick and Taurus moves out of range easily.

Taurus connects with a right hand. Eighteen shakes it off.

Our winner, Wesley Taurus, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
