Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Donovan Dieago (ranked 4836 p4p, 7501 weight class) and Greg Cruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

Cruz is looking to regain half guard here but Dieago keeps moving and retains side control.

Dieago creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Cruz sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Dieago shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Cruz pinned against the cage. Cruz gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Cruz enables Dieago to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Cruz manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Dieago, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
