Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between ra gg (ranked 4518 p4p, 4516 weight class) and Ack Rack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Rack with a lazy takedown attempt
enabling gg to counter with a crisp jab.
Rack misses with a takedown attempt - gg sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
gg appears to be looking for a big counter.
Rack closes the distance looking to clinch
and gg counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Rack shoots in for a double leg but gg sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
gg feinted with a counter takedown.
ra gg has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ack Rack.
Rack fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
gg throws a big counter combination but Rack scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Rack scores with some strikes to the side of the head there. Good, points scoring shots.
gg is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.
Rack lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Rack is throwing punches to the body, looking to soften gg up.

Rack throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting gg!

gg covers up after that shot from Rack.
Rack lands with a nice looking elbow that stuns gg.
gg is trying to break free.
gg trying to control the position but Rack manages to sink in the hooks.

gg is trying to get back to his feet. He's worked up on to his knees and now he's on his feet with his head on the canvas, trying to shake Rack off. It looks like it's working - Rack slides off, much to his dismay, and we're back to standing! gg displaying calm under pressure there.

Rack shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says gg as he avoids it easily.
It looked like gg wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

and gg counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Rack dives in and grabs gg's left leg, looking for a takedown. gg pushes down on Rack's head and hops out.
gg half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Rack uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before gg has time to react.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

gg is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
gg keeping moving, preventing Rack from controlling successfully.
Rack working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.

gg working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Rack doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but gg is tightening it up a little... Rack has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Rack reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Rack taps out! Nice BJJ there by gg!
