Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kapy Lehma (ranked 2905 p4p, 2622 weight class) and Jolly Roger (ranked 367 p4p, 343 weight class). Roger comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Under Jolly Roger kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jolly Roger!

Lehma looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Roger throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Lehma connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Kapy Lehma seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lehma fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Roger manages to avoid it.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Lehma.
Roger changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Roger gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Lehma counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Roger shoots in looking for a takedown but Lehma manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Roger's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lehma scores with a jab. Roger acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Lehma lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Roger is rocked!
Lehma finds Roger's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Roger flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Lehma lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Roger will be OK.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kapy Lehma!
In his post fight interview, Kapy Lehma started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
