Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Andre Mahesa (ranked 4000 p4p, 16227 weight class) and El Matador (ranked 210 p4p, 299 weight class). Mahesa's entrance music is You're Going Down . A fine choice. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Matador misses with a takedown
and Mahesa counters with a stiff right hand.
Matador swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Mahesa counters with a nice uppercut.
Mahesa scores with a sloppy right hand. Matador should have avoided that one.
Matador misses with a head kick.
A nice combination there by Mahesa.
El Matador seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mahesa throws a series of strikes that have Matador backpedaling.
Mahesa really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Horrible takedown attempt by Matador or perhaps it was just good defense by Mahesa, which made it look bad.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Matador tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Mahesa swivels and escapes.
Andre Mahesa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of El Matador.
Mahesa dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Matador takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Nice takedown defense from Mahesa. No joy for Matador on that attempt.

Nice combo by Mahesa! Oh, that's hurt him - Matador falls to the canvas and Mahesa follows him into side control.

Mahesa decides to stand back up. Mahesa steps back and let's Matador get back to his feet.
Matador takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Matador throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

and Mahesa counters with a left and a right that hurts Matador! He wobbles and falls to the floor - he's in big trouble! Mahesa jumps into full mount!
Matador is still in real trouble! Can Mahesa finish him?

Mahesa get's back to his feet.
Mahesa throws a monster overhand right that drops Matador! Mahesa follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
