The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCormic needs to keep his hands up - Bogdan had a free shot at his head there.
Bogdan shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and McCormic counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

It looks like Atanase Bogdan has been cut.
McCormic misses with a left hand

and Bogdan holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Bogdan misses with some punches.
Bogdan blocks a punch to the side of the head.
McCormic misses with a short punch on the inside.
Bogdan throws a head punch that misses.
Bogdan throws a punch but it's blocked by McCormic.
McCormic lands with a right to the head.

McCormic swings wildly with an uppercut but Bogdan uses good head movement to avoid it.

That has opened up Atanase Bogdan's cut even more.
McCormic lands with a left to the head.

McCormic lands a left hand that snaps the head of Bogdan backwards.
McCormic creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Bogdan with a big uppercut! Bogdan tries to clinch up but McCormic pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Bogdan to the mat! Bogdan covers up and McCormic unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
