Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Norton shoots in looking for a takedown. hogan tries to sprawl out of it but Norton keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. hogan manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
hogan looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

hogan moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Norton has worked his arm free - good work by Norton!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

hogan feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Norton wants to stand and escape but hogan is having none of it.

Norton escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. hogan gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
hogan postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
hogan would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
hogan will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

hogan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Norton swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Norton is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! hogan rolls with it to try and escape but Norton cranks on the arm and hogan is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
