Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Liam (ranked 2481 p4p, 5732 weight class) and Tim Thompson (ranked 263 p4p, 448 weight class). Liam comes to the cage accompanied by Amazing. Tim Thompson told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tim Thompson!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Joseph Jones and Dean Styles.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thompson is trying hard to land a takedown here. Liam sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Tim Thompson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Liam lands a big head kick that sends Thompson tumbling to the mat! Liam takes a step backwards and waves Thompson back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Thompson is rocked!
Liam weaves into range and cracks Thompson right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Thompson goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Liam is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.

After the fight, Bruce Liam was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
