The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Paul Gruel and Josh West.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Poker will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Barlow closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Barlow is keen to just control but Poker is a slippery customer.
Barlow throwing shots but Poker is blocking nicely.

Barlow is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Poker sees it coming and defends easily.
Barlow wants to lay and pray for a moment but Poker keeps working.
Well, if Barlow is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Barlow is controlling the pace.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Poker throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Barlow.
Poker connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Barlow covering up! Poker comes in with a big uppercut and Barlow goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.
