Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between J Gay G (ranked 2822 p4p, 157 weight class) and Marcos Sanchez (ranked 22373 p4p, 319 weight class). Gay G comes to the cage accompanied by Down. J Gay G had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 136.9lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A decent looking cross lands there for Sanchez .
Sanchez misses with a body kick.
Gay G half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Sanchez connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Gay G's hands.
Sanchez looks to land a right hand but Gay G moved out of range.

Gay G gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Gay G misses with a short punch on the inside.
Sanchez tries to throw a body punch but Gay G avoids it by throwing Sanchez back against the cage.

Sanchez breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Sanchez lands a jab.

Gay G is rocked!
Sanchez lands a brutal uppercut that launches Gay G off his feet! Gay G tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!

Marcos Sanchez decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
