The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bigg throws a sloppy head kick and Rasmussen moves out of range easily.
Rasmussen throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Rasmussen doesn't manage to clinch there - Bigg circles away.

Bigg shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Bigg is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Rasmussen is trying to maintain the position but Bigg is very close to passing his half guard.

Rasmussen has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.

Bigg has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Rasmussen is looking for a triangle but Bigg pushes his legs off easily.

Bigg is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Rasmussen has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Bigg is looking to defend but Rasmussen has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Bigg! Rasmussen pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Bigg taps out and this one is all over!
