Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Chitavake Cheetah (ranked 2015 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arturo Gallo (ranked 3693 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chitavake Cheetah!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 1, fighting out of New York, Arturo Gallo!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Franklyn Lucas and Chad Campbell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cheetah slaps away a takedown attempt from Gallo, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Cheetah gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Gallo has had enough of the clinch but Cheetah keeps him there for the moment.
Gallo tries to pull guard but Cheetah won't allow it.

Cheetah manages to break the clinch.
Cheetah throws out a powerful jab.
Cheetah shoots in for a double leg but Gallo sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Gallo will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Gallo looks winded!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cheetah defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Gallo.
Chitavake Cheetah has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Arturo Gallo.
Cheetah throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Gallo keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
The fight stays on the outside here - Cheetah looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Cheetah darts in and clinches Gallo up against the cage.
Cheetah prevents a takedown attempt there.

Cheetah's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Gallo swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Cheetah connects with a good right hand that stumbles Gallo. Gallo circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Gallo is rocked!

It looks like Arturo Gallo has been cut.
Gallo tries to grapple but his opponent circles

and Cheetah counters with a big takedown. That's hurt Gallo! Cheetah smells blood and goes in for the kill. Serveral hard shots later and the ref calls an end to the fight by TKO!
