PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Quantell Walker (ranked 4196 p4p, 0 weight class) and Homer Dunne (ranked 4737 p4p, 0 weight class). Walker kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is 24's. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Walker.
Walker bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Dunne's head backwards.
Walker scoring well with a low kick there.

Walker lands a big head kick that sends Dunne tumbling to the mat! Walker takes a step backwards and waves Dunne back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Dunne is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Dunne tries to get into range but Walker steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Dunne! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Walker scores the big KO victory!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Quantell Walker!
After the fight, Quantell Walker was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
