The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Aafke Stam and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silvanus clinches with his opponent.
Oliver is trying to pull guard but Silvanus turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Silvanus.
Oliver takes an elbow to the forehead.
 It looks like Cody Oliver has been cut.
Oliver managing to block the knees to the body from Silvanus.

Oliver avoiding damage as Silvanus throws knees to the body.
Silvanus lands a left hand that snaps the head of Oliver backwards.
Silvanus gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Oliver.
Oliver jumps guard but Silvanus stands there with Oliver around his waist. Oliver gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Netherus Silvanus has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cody Oliver.

Oliver wants to break free but Silvanus has control.

Oliver has Silvanus pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Silvanus manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Oliver tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Silvanus smiles and moves away.
Silvanus rushes Oliver and presses him up against the cage.
Silvanus creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Oliver's defenses.
Silvanus scores with a shoulder strike.
Silvanus lands an elbow inside.
Oliver is trying to stall.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Silvanus creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
 Oliver is rocked!
Silvanus lands a shoulder strike.
Oliver is still on wobbly legs! Can Silvanus finish him?
Silvanus has Oliver pressed against the cage. He pushes Oliver back and as he springs towards him off the cage, Silvanus throws a beautiful elbow that sends Oliver crashing to the floor! Silvanus piles on the pressure with more strikes! Oliver is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!
