And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chico Prego!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bogdan tries for a takedown but Prego circles away easily
and Prego counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Prego's coach down at Gym To Nica was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Prego's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Bogdan doesn't succeed with the takedown
letting Prego counter with a right hand.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sokov Bogdan. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bogdan shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Prego sprawls well. Prego wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bogdan gets slowly back to his feet.

and Prego counters with a straight right hand.

Prego cracks Bogdan with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Prego has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Bogdan to stand back up!
Bogdan is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

and Prego counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
