Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cohen Blevins (ranked 4966 p4p, 4980 weight class) and Kylan Finley (ranked 225 p4p, 227 weight class). Kylan Finley told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blevins tries to clinch there but Finley circles away.
Blevins fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Finley closes the distance and clinches.
Finley tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Blevins just stands there and leans against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Finley's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Blevins can't get the takedown.
Finley tries to pull guard but Blevins holds him up against the cage and eventually Finley drops back down to his feet.

It seemed like Finley was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Finley dives in and grabs Blevins's left leg, looking for a takedown. Blevins pushes down on Finley's head and hops out.
Blevins tries to counter by clinching up but Finley breaks away and moves out of range.
Finley has worked on his takedown defense in the runup to this fight and it is paying off so far.
