Hurtado has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Hawkthorne to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Hurtado is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Hawkthorne pulls down on the head and he's put Hurtado to sleep! This one is all over!

Xla Noman had a terrible time trying to make weight. After initially coming in at 173.6, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. Stepping on the scales for a second time, he still failed to make the required weight and after much deliberation, his fight with Alissandro Montanari was cancelled.

A jab lands there for Bull.

Bull feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Fudge sprawling to the canvas! Fudge rolls over backwards and springs off the ropes and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Bull finish him?!
Bob Fudge's cut is getting worse.
Bull connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Fudge out cold! This one is over in a flash!

Khalidov misses with a takedown attempt - Hokano sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

and Hokano counters with a crisp one two that drops Khalidov! Hokano thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Khalidov to his feet! Khalidov is in big trouble!
Hokano cracks Khalidov with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Khalidov tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Hokano pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Khalidov is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Oh Ludendorff is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A bone on bone clash there as Stak blocks the leg kick.
Ludendorff drops his hands for a split second and Stak immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Ludendorff face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Stak follows up with a right hand that knocks Ludendorff into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!

Horrible takedown attempt by Bond or perhaps it was just good defense by Scott, which made it look bad.

Bond gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Scott to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Scott wants to stand but Bond has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Scott's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Scott keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Bond's head.
Scott sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Bond's guard.

Bond trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Scott manages to pass to mount!
Scott lands a big elbow.
Scott lands a couple of good shots and Bond has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
Bond is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
It looks like Scott might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Bond has hold of Scott's leg, trying to break free but it's let Scott lock up a rear naked choke! This could be big trouble! Bond is turning an unusual color here… he's out! Scott throws him to one side and jumps onto the ropes to celebrate with his fans.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

With a record of 36 - 33 - 0, fighting out of London, Simon Gustafsson!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Richard Clark and Donald Grub.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gustafsson ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Good exchange - Brownie coming out on top.
It looks like Simon Gustafsson has been cut.
A telegraphed right hand from Brownie misses the target.
Brownie will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Gustafsson has managed to clinch.
Brownie with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Brownie has Gustafsson pressed against the ropes, preventing Gustafsson from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Brownie is looking to take this one to the mat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Brownie comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

Brownie fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Gustafsson sprawls well initially but Brownie persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Gustafsson moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Gustafsson wants to sweep here but Brownie controlling him for the moment.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Brownie accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Gustafsson is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Brownie defends well.
Brownie wants to pass the guard but Gustafsson is keeping the position.
