With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Serrano SIlva! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Knockie Outie! The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Seu Braga and Daniel Cesar.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A momentary lapse in concentration from SIlva enables Outie to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. SIlva manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
SIlva is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. SIlva definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
SIlva has his foot on Outie's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Outie works his way back into a safe position though. Outie seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Outie slips nicely into half guard. Outie stalling. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Outie is trying for a kimura here. SIlva looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Outie wins by kimura!

With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Spicy Tuna! The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Felipe Paraventi and Matheus Silva.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tuna jabbing away but nothing is landing. Tuna misses the shot to the body. Tuna throws an overhand right that lands on Antero's shoulder, as Antero tries to avoid the shot. Antero displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Tuna throws out the jab. Tuna takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Tuna thows a left - swing and a miss! Antero steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Tuna. Tuna moves into range and connects with a jab. Antero swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
letting Tuna counter with a right hand. Tuna slips under a jab. Tuna throws a counter combo. Tuna lands a right hook to the body.
Tuna misses the shot to the body. Tuna swinging wildly here.
It looked like Antero was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Tuna. Tuna slips under a jab from Antero. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Tuna cracks Antero with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Antero keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Tuna. Antero throwing a counter right hand but Tuna manages to avoid it. Antero lands a leg kick that knocks Tuna off balance momentarily. Nice straight punches there by Antero. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Antero. Tuna throws a hook but Antero avoids it easily.

Tuna drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Antero swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Tuna's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

With a record of 3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Travis Carter! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kai Smith! The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Seu Braga and Luis Engracia.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Donk. Smith catches Carter right on the button with a cross. Carter fails with the takedown and Smith counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Carter changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Smith tries to avoid it but Carter manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Smith to the ground. Smith escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Carter is defended easily by Smith. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Smith! But no joy. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Travis Carter. That's going to take a lot out of him. Smith thuds a left hand into Carter's body. Carter is trying hard to land a takedown here. Smith sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Carter takes a shot right to the bread basket. Smith looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Smith scores with a jab to the body. Nice cross by Smith. A decent looking cross lands there for Smith. This has been an exciting period of action! Carter has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Carter there as he acknowledges the shot. Carter takes one on the button. Carter is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Carter shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Smith sprawls well. Smith wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Carter gets slowly back to his feet.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Smith cracks a nice hook into Carter's ribs. Carter takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Smith scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Smith scores with a crisp jab that stopped Carter in his tracks. Carter takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Carter is rocked! Smith throws a monster overhand right that drops Carter! Smith follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!

Cantu fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Lopes looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Cantu scores with a jab. Cantu fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Cantu ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Lopes definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Donk. Cantu catches Lopes right on the button with a cross. Lopes is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Cantu. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. No joy there for Cantu, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Lopes tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Cantu manages to circle out of the way. Cantu misses with a few strikes there.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Lopes jumps guard but Cantu turns him against the ropes and keeps the fight standing. Cantu wants to break the clinch but can't.
A frustrated look appears on Cantu's face as he tries to break the clinch. Cantu is trying to break the clinch but Lopes has him pressed against the ropes.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Lopes pressing his opponent against the ropes. Lopes keeps control of Cantu as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Cantu wants to break free but Lopes has control.
Lopes jumps guard but Cantu stands there with Lopes around his waist. Lopes gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Jung looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Wonderbear takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Wonderbear lands with a good body shot. Wonderbear misses with a wild combination.
As Wonderbear looks to move away, Jung throws a big counter combo but Wonderbear just gets out of the way. Jung takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bishop fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kiviranta avoids it really well and circles away. Bishop with a nice cross. Kiviranta throws a series of punches but Bishop moves out of range. Kiviranta throws a nice looking combination but Bishop bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. And Bishop tries to counter it with a takedown but Kiviranta pushes his down on his head and steps out. Markus Kiviranta seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The fighters circling - Kiviranta throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Nice uppercut lands for Bishop. That snapped Kiviranta's head back.
