The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Perryama bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Bishop managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Perryama.
A lull in the action here as Perryama stalls from top position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bishop wants to control but Perryama postures up.

Perryama is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
It looks like Perryama might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Bishop is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Perryama's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Adams tries to keep at a distance but McGregor has taken the fight into the clinch.
The referee calls for Adams to work.
McGregor lands with a short shot to the head.
Adams tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. McGregor just stands there and leans against the cage.
Adams fails to pull the fight into his guard.
McGregor looking to throw knees to the head but Adams is blocking nicely.

and Prepolec counters with a right, left combo that wobbles Amagov badly! Prepolec follows up with a massive right hook, straight to the bridge of the nose that knocks Amagov out cold! Oh wow, what a finish! Very reminiscent of Koscheck vs Yoshida as Prepolec finished him against the cage.

Sharipova feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Sharipova stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Greaves throws up his legs and catches Sharipova in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Sharipova tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Greaves! That came out of nowhere!
