Hunt feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Hunt is working Pearson over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Pearson has his foot on Hunt's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hunt works his way back into a safe position though.

Scorfna gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Eye counters with a shoot takedown. Scorfna fights it but they end up in guard.

Eye drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Eye jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Scorfna is pulling down on Eye's head. It's preventing any offense from Eye, at least for the moment.

Scorfna seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.

Scorfna is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Eye rolls with it to try and escape but Scorfna cranks on the arm and Eye is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
