The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Balls loads up on a big right hand but Bon Hwa slips the punch.
Balls takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Bon Hwa takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Bon Hwa misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Balls.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Balls! But no joy.
Balls throws the left hand but Bon Hwa avoids the punch easily.
Bon Hwa moves away from the strike by Balls.
Bon Hwa swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
The fighters circling - Balls throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
