The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Polo looks to land a left hand but Jaccobi moved out of range nicely.

Polo gets tackled into the cage by Jaccobi. Jaccobi maintains the clinch.
Jaccobi tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Jaccobi blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Polo manages to break the clinch.

Dangerfield tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Roberts swivels and escapes.
Dangerfield keeps the fight on the outside.
As Roberts tries to get set, Dangerfield tries to push him back and clinch up but Roberts manages to avoid the attempt.
Roberts lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Dangerfield circles away quickly and effectively.
Roberts misses with an attempted mid kick.
Roberts displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Dangerfield.
Roberts is looking to clinch.
Dangerfield is looking to counter the offense by Roberts and move into the clinch.
The fight stays on the outside here - Roberts looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
It looked like Dangerfield wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Riak throws out a loose jab but Perez uses good head movement to avoid it.

Riak fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Perez sprawls well initially but Riak persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Perez is looking to escape.
Riak throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Still in half guard, Riak seems content to control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Perez wants to control but Riak is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Wickline closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Davies's guard.

Osian Davies seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Wickline.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Wickline decides to stand back up. Wickline steps back and let's Davies get back to his feet.
Wickline on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Davies stuns Wickline with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Wickline gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Wickline tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Davies is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Wickline buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Wickline!! Wickline is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Davies throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
