The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Man throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Man manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Greeen on his heels. He'll look to pass Greeen's guard now, I'm sure.
Man slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
You can see the frustration on Greeen's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Greeen pushes Man away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Man gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
The referee asks Man politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Man prefers to stall for the moment though.

Horrible takedown attempt by Flee or perhaps it was just good defense by Assad, which made it look bad.
Assad shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Flee but Flee pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Liam shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Liam showed some decent athleticism there.
Liam looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Press with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
It looks like Shooting Press has been cut.

Press is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Liam scores with a couple of nice shots.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Liam connects with a nice short shot to Press's temple.
Press is rocked!
Liam lands a big elbow - Press is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Liam!
