The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A decent looking cross lands there for Beam.
Beam lands a glancing blow to the side of Zambrano's head.
It looks like Darwin Zambrano has been cut.
Beam uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Zambrano.
Beam throws a jab when Zambrano was well out of range.
Beam slips a jab from Zambrano.
Beam bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Zambrano's head.

Beam throws a series of punches but Zambrano moves out of range.

Zambrano has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Beam has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
