The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Gardner.
Gardner tries to clinch up but Silva circles away and keeps his distance.
We've been informed that Gardner has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Gardner takes the fight into the clinch.
Gardner can't find room to land a body shot as Silva controls the action.
Silva misses with a punch to the body.

Silva cracks Gardner with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Silva has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Gardner to stand back up!

It looks like Anton Gardner has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Silva throws a nice looking combination but Gardner bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Silva fakes the body blow, causing Gardner to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Gardner goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice combination there by Dalton.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Dalton has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

It looks like Snail Tail has been cut.
Dalton swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Tail decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Dalton's guard.
