The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcia fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Rubi has a takedown stuffed.
Rubi takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Rubi on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Meth's corner calls for a 1-2. Meth obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Meth stuns Rubi with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Meth scores with a jab. Rubi acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Rubi takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Rubi walks into a straight right hand from Meth.
Meth ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Rubi takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
