The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Rasnov throwing shots but Piper is blocking nicely.

Piper is refusing to be controlled, as Rasnov sits in half guard.

Rasnov is trying to work for a kimura but Piper is defending well.
Rasnov is pressing down on Piper's thigh, looking to free his foot. Piper is holding on for now.
Piper is looking for a sweep. Rasnov is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rasnov closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Cameron 's guard.
Cameron tries to land a sweep but no joy.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Rasnov passes into side control, despite Cameron 's attempt to control the position.
Cameron is trying to control Rasnov's posture but Rasnov avoids it.

Rasnov is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Cameron is looking to regain half guard here but Rasnov keeps moving and retains side control.

Rasnov is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Cameron knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
