The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beating throws a body shot but no joy.
Piper lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Beating backs up against the cage.

Piper looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Piper lands with a punch from half guard.
Beating is looking to improve his position.
Piper not doing much here.
Beating knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Piper on the ground.
Piper has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Beating turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Piper off and cradles Beating's limp body as Piper celebrates with his corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Richard tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Rasnov manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Richard stuffs the takedown.
Richard shoots for a takedown but Rasnov saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Richard tries to close the distance and clinch up but Rasnov swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Rasnov tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Richard was well out of range. Poor timing from Rasnov.

Richard's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
