Damien shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Caramel manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Caramel looking to hit a scissor sweep but Damien is one step ahead there.
Damien wants to control from the top but Caramel keeps moving.
Damien stays in close to Caramel's body and controls the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Damien drops back, looking for a kneebar! Caramel looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Caramel looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Caramel!

Damien is looking for a sweep. Caramel is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Caramel connects with a nice short shot to Damien's temple.

That was a close second round but I would say that Max Strasburg will probably get the nod.

Russell changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hoca looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Russell is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Hoca is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Russell wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Hoca, who protects the arm well.

Russell has an Americana. Hoca didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Russell is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Russell hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
