The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machado shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Alzado eats them both and turns towards Machado to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Machado tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Machado keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Alzado.
Machado tries to clinch up but Alzado circles away and keeps his distance.
Alzado throws a series of punches but Machado avoids them all with ease.

Alzado lands a left and a right that send Machado crashing to the mat, dazed. Alzado thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Machado is rocked!
It looks like Heitor Machado has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Knox manages to get his head free but now Ahma has transitioned to an armbar! Knox grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Ahma! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
