The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wank takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Papatonis fails to land with a series of punches.
A decent looking cross lands there for Papatonis.
Papatonis takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Wank looks to throw a body kick
and Papatonis counters with a nice kick to the body.
Papatonis lands a jab-cross combination.
Wank is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Papatonis cracks Wank with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the ropes.
Wank takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Papatonis moves out of range as Wank throws a body kick.
Papatonis lands with a good body shot.
The crowd cheers as Papatonis lands an impressive looking overhand right. Wank doesn't seem phased though.
Papatonis scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Papatonis bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Wank's head.
Wank shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Wank shoots and misses
and Papatonis counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Wank looks winded!

Wank takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Papatonis bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Wank's head backwards.
Avonis Papatonis is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Papatonis lands an overhand right.
Papatonis lands a jab to the nose.
Papatonis dips to his left and cracks Wank with an uppercut!
Papatonis is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Wank shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Papatonis counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Avonis Papatonis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tank Wank.
Papatonis scores with a punch to the head.
Papatonis lands with a thumping leg kick.
Papatonis comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Wank needs to keep his hands up - Papatonis had a free shot at his head there.
Papatonis cracks Wank with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the ropes.
Wank drops his hands momentarily and Papatonis takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Papatonis lands a head shot.
Avonis Papatonis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Papatonis scores with a body shot.
Papatonis connects with the punch.
Papatonis dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Papatonis throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Wank stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Papatonis stuffs the takedown.
An attempted straight right counter from Papatonis misses the target.
Papatonis cracks a nice hook into Wank's ribs.
Papatonis scores with a nice strike.
Papatonis scores with a sloppy right hand. Wank should have avoided that one.
Papatonis is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Papatonis with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Papatonis connects with a body shot that sends Wank's belly button to the back.
Wank on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Wank has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Wank shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Papatonis pinned against the ropes. Papatonis gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Avonis Papatonis showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Papatonis has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Johansson tries to clinch there but Ayobi circles away.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Johansson passes Ayobi's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Johansson performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Johansson working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Johansson throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Ayobi has his hands clasped together but Johansson breaks the hold and Ayobi is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Johansson!

Hassan closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Corona keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Corona on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Corona tries to get out of the position.
Hassan throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.

Hassan is trying for a kimura here. Corona looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Hassan wins by kimura!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Killian Hassan!
